Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, egg, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined, but do not overwork the meat.
Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.
