Instructions

  • 1. Prepare the kale: Remove tough stems, rinse under cold water, and dry thoroughly.
  • 2. Massage the kale: Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt over the kale, then massage for 2-3 minutes.
  • 3. Prepare the dressing: Whisk together lemon juice, remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
  • 4. Combine ingredients: Pour the dressing over the kale and toss to coat evenly.
  • 5. Add Parmesan: Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the salad and toss gently.
  • 6. Serve: Transfer to a serving bowl or plates, add optional toppings if desired, and enjoy!
