Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Add the egg and mix until just combined. Form small meatballs, about one inch in diameter, and set aside.
In a large pot, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the meatballs in batches and brown them on all sides for about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
