Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar. Stir until evenly mixed.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and refrigerate to set.
In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
Gradually add Nutella and mix until fully combined.
Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold it into the Nutella mixture.
Add lemon juice and fold until just combined.
Spoon the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
Before serving, arrange sliced strawberries on top of the cheesecake.
Remove the sides of the springform pan, slice, and serve chilled.
