Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cut the stale sourdough bread into bite-sized cubes, approximately 1-inch pieces.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed sourdough bread with the olive oil. Toss until evenly coated.
  • Add the garlic powder, dried herbs, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly to ensure all pieces are seasoned.
  • Spread the seasoned bread cubes evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for about 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through for even browning.
  • Remove from the oven when golden brown and crispy. Allow to cool completely before storing.
