Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut the stale sourdough bread into bite-sized cubes, approximately 1-inch pieces.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed sourdough bread with the olive oil. Toss until evenly coated.
Add the garlic powder, dried herbs, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly to ensure all pieces are seasoned.
Spread the seasoned bread cubes evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through for even browning.
Remove from the oven when golden brown and crispy. Allow to cool completely before storing.
