Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients on a clean workspace.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Incorporate the mayonnaise into the cream cheese and mix until fully combined.
  • Gently fold in the grated sharp cheddar cheese.
  • Add the chopped pimentos and stir gently to combine.
  • Sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
