  • 4 cups Fresh Corn Kernels Can be harvested from about 6-8 ears of corn.
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter Essential for sautéing and creamy texture.
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Provides rich creaminess.
  • 1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese Preferably freshly grated for better melting.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced for depth of flavor.
  • Salt To taste.
  • Black Pepper To taste.
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley Chopped for garnish.

Instructions

  • Prepare the corn by peeling husks and removing silk. Slice down the sides of the cob to release kernels into a bowl.
  • Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat until foamy.
  • Add the corn to the skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender and slightly golden.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and stir, allowing to simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
  • Gradually add shredded Parmesan while stirring until melted and creamy.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
  • Serve immediately as a side dish or vegetarian main.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat gently.
