Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water and sugar. Sprinkle instant yeast on top and let sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour and salt.
3. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and pour in the yeast mixture, melted butter, and beaten egg. Stir until dough begins to come together.
4. Transfer dough onto a floured surface and knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
