Instructions

  • 2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring each piece is coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • 3. Cook rice or quinoa according to package instructions and set aside.
  • 4. Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook marinated chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  • 5. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
  • 6. Chop fresh vegetables and arrange them in a bowl.
  • 7. Assemble the bowls with rice or quinoa, sliced chicken, and fresh vegetables.
  • 8. Drizzle tahini sauce over each bowl and garnish with herbs and lemon juice.
