Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Gather all your ingredients and measure them out.
  • In a small skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-5 minutes.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, sautéed onion, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped parsley, minced garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese. Mix gently until just combined.
  • Form the mixture into equal-sized balls, approximately 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
