Ingredients

Pizza Dough

  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 packet Yeast
  • 3/4 cup Warm Water

Toppings

  • 2-3 medium Heirloom Tomatoes Sliced thinly
  • 2 cups Fresh Arugula Rinsed and dried
  • 4 ounces Goat Cheese Crumble before adding
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For brushing and flavor
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • Salt and Pepper To taste

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and sugar. Activate yeast in warm water for 5 minutes, then add to the flour mixture.
  • Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth. Let it rise in a lightly oiled bowl for 1 hour.
  • Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Prepare baking sheet with olive oil.
  • Roll out the dough to a 12-inch round. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle minced garlic.
  • Layer sliced heirloom tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle goat cheese on top.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
  • Top with fresh arugula, slice, and serve immediately.

Consider adding balsamic reduction or grilled chicken for variations.
