Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and sugar. Activate yeast in warm water for 5 minutes, then add to the flour mixture.
Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth. Let it rise in a lightly oiled bowl for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Prepare baking sheet with olive oil.
Roll out the dough to a 12-inch round. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle minced garlic.
Layer sliced heirloom tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle goat cheese on top.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
Top with fresh arugula, slice, and serve immediately.
