Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate for 15-30 minutes.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the salmon fillets skin-side down for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
While the salmon rests, prepare your toppings: slice the red cabbage, avocado, and radishes, and chop the cilantro.
Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
Flake the grilled salmon into large pieces and place them on the warmed tortillas. Top with red cabbage, avocado, radishes, and cilantro.
Serve immediately with extra lime wedges on the side.
