Instructions
Preheat your grill to medium heat.
Wash the peaches thoroughly and pat them dry.
Slice each peach in half and remove the pit.
In a mixing bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon.
Brush the cut sides of the peaches with melted butter.
Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the buttered sides.
Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Flip the peaches and grill for an additional 3-4 minutes.
Prepare serving plates with a scoop of ice cream.
Place the grilled peach halves on top of the ice cream.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
