Instructions

  • Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  • Wash the peaches thoroughly and pat them dry.
  • Slice each peach in half and remove the pit.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon.
  • Brush the cut sides of the peaches with melted butter.
  • Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the buttered sides.
  • Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  • Flip the peaches and grill for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  • Prepare serving plates with a scoop of ice cream.
  • Place the grilled peach halves on top of the ice cream.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
