  • 4-6 ears Corn on the cob Fresh, husked and silk removed.
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter Softened to room temperature.
  • 1-2 teaspoons Chili Powder Adjust according to spice preference.
  • 1-2 tablespoons Lime Juice Freshly squeezed from limes.
  • 1 pinch Salt To enhance flavors.
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro (optional) Chopped fresh for garnish.

Instructions

  • 1. Prepare the corn by removing husks and silk, rinse under cold water, and pat dry.
  • 2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (400°F to 450°F).
  • 3. In a bowl, mix softened butter, chili powder, lime juice, and salt until well combined.
  • 4. Brush the spicy butter mixture generously over each ear of corn.
  • 5. Grill the corn for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until charred and tender.
  • 6. Brush on more spicy butter during the last few minutes of grilling for extra flavor.
  • 7. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
  • 8. Optionally, garnish with chopped cilantro and serve warm.

Notes

Leftover grilled corn can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
