Fresh, husked and silk removed.

Instructions
1. Prepare the corn by removing husks and silk, rinse under cold water, and pat dry.
2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (400°F to 450°F).
3. In a bowl, mix softened butter, chili powder, lime juice, and salt until well combined.
4. Brush the spicy butter mixture generously over each ear of corn.
5. Grill the corn for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until charred and tender.
6. Brush on more spicy butter during the last few minutes of grilling for extra flavor.
7. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
8. Optionally, garnish with chopped cilantro and serve warm.
Notes
Leftover grilled corn can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
