Ingredients

Chicken

Marinade

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels to help the marinade adhere.
  • Place chicken in a resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over chicken, ensuring each piece is coated. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to 2 hours.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Remove chicken from marinade, letting excess drip off. Discard leftover marinade.
  • Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on one side without moving it. Flip and grill for another 6-7 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Remove chicken from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  • Slice against the grain and serve with sides or sauces. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
