Instructions

  • 1. Prepare your ingredients: chop parsley and mint, grate onion, and mince garlic.
  • 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, parsley, mint, onion, and garlic. Mix well.
  • 3. Add egg, salt, pepper, and cinnamon. Mix until incorporated.
  • 4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • 5. Shape mixture into small balls (1 to 1.5 inches) and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • 6. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs, cooking in batches if necessary.
  • 7. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  • 8. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
  • 9. Serve warm with tzatziki sauce, pita bread, and Greek salad.
