  • 4 pieces Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts Each piece should be about 6 ounces.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Use kosher salt for balanced seasoning.
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika Opt for sweet or smoked paprika.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter Provides creamy richness.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Prevents butter from burning.
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly cracked.

Fresh Parsley

  • 1 handful Fresh Parsley Chopped for garnish.

Instructions

  • Gather all the necessary ingredients and cookware.
  • Pat the chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the skillet and sear for 5-6 minutes on one side.
  • Flip the chicken and reduce heat to medium. Cook for another 5-6 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes.
  • Stir in paprika into the garlic butter and mix well.
  • Transfer the cooked chicken to a serving platter and pour the garlic butter sauce over it.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and let the chicken rest before serving.
  • Serve warm with your choice of sides.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days.
