Instructions
Gather all the necessary ingredients and cookware.
Pat the chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the skillet and sear for 5-6 minutes on one side.
Flip the chicken and reduce heat to medium. Cook for another 5-6 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes.
Stir in paprika into the garlic butter and mix well.
Transfer the cooked chicken to a serving platter and pour the garlic butter sauce over it.
Garnish with chopped parsley and let the chicken rest before serving.
Serve warm with your choice of sides.
