Instructions

  • Begin by selecting your tomatoes. Rinse them under cold water and pat them dry.
  • Chop the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  • Carefully slice the burrata cheese in half and set aside.
  • Drizzle the tomatoes with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper.
  • Gently toss the tomatoes to combine with the oil and seasonings.
  • Tear the fresh basil leaves and add them to the tomato mixture, mixing gently.
  • Place the halved burrata on top of the salad and serve immediately.
