Instructions
Begin by selecting your tomatoes. Rinse them under cold water and pat them dry.
Chop the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
Carefully slice the burrata cheese in half and set aside.
Drizzle the tomatoes with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper.
Gently toss the tomatoes to combine with the oil and seasonings.
Tear the fresh basil leaves and add them to the tomato mixture, mixing gently.
Place the halved burrata on top of the salad and serve immediately.
