Instructions
Wash the mixed greens thoroughly under cold running water and spin dry.
Slice the pears in half, remove the core, and thinly slice each half into wedges.
Toast the walnuts in a skillet over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
In a mixing bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper. Whisk until emulsified.
In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, sliced pears, and toasted walnuts. Toss gently.
Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently to coat.
Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top and serve immediately.
