Ingredients

Pizza Dough

  • 1 pound Pizza Dough Homemade or store-bought, let rest for 30 minutes.

Chicken

  • 1 pound Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Cut into bite-sized pieces.

Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Peanut Sauce Store-bought or homemade.

Vegetables

  • 1 medium Red Bell Pepper Thinly sliced.
  • 1 medium Carrot Peeled and grated.
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro Leaves Roughly chopped for garnish.
  • 1/4 cup Basil Leaves Torn into pieces for garnish.
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese For topping.

Serving

  • 2 pieces Lime Wedges For serving.

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch round and transfer to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  • In a bowl, combine lime juice, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Marinate the chicken for at least 20 minutes.
  • Cook the marinated chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
  • Prepare the peanut sauce by mixing peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, and sugar until smooth.
  • Spread the peanut sauce over the pizza dough, then layer with cooked chicken, red bell pepper, carrot, and mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Garnish with torn basil and chopped cilantro before serving.
  • Slice the pizza and serve hot with lime wedges.
