Instructions
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch round and transfer to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
In a bowl, combine lime juice, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Marinate the chicken for at least 20 minutes.
Cook the marinated chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
Prepare the peanut sauce by mixing peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, and sugar until smooth.
Spread the peanut sauce over the pizza dough, then layer with cooked chicken, red bell pepper, carrot, and mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Garnish with torn basil and chopped cilantro before serving.
Slice the pizza and serve hot with lime wedges.
