Instructions
Wash all the fruits thoroughly under cool running water.
Slice the peaches into wedges and set aside in a large mixing bowl.
Prepare the plums by slicing them into wedges and add to the mixing bowl.
Halve the cherries and add them to the bowl, mixing gently.
Chop the mint leaves and sprinkle over the mixed fruits.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey and citrus juice to make the dressing.
Drizzle the dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss to coat.
Let the salad sit for about 10 minutes to meld flavors.
Serve with a dollop of Greek yogurt on top, if desired.
Garnish with whole mint leaves or chopped nuts if desired.
