Ingredients

Fruits

  • 2 medium Fresh Peaches Sliced into wedges.
  • 2 medium Plums Pitted and sliced.
  • 1 cup Fresh Cherries Pitted and halved.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Mint Leaves Roughly chopped.
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Pure honey for dressing.
  • 1 unit Citrus Juice Juice of one lemon or lime.
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt Optional, for serving.

Instructions

  • Wash all the fruits thoroughly under cool running water.
  • Slice the peaches into wedges and set aside in a large mixing bowl.
  • Prepare the plums by slicing them into wedges and add to the mixing bowl.
  • Halve the cherries and add them to the bowl, mixing gently.
  • Chop the mint leaves and sprinkle over the mixed fruits.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey and citrus juice to make the dressing.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss to coat.
  • Let the salad sit for about 10 minutes to meld flavors.
  • Serve with a dollop of Greek yogurt on top, if desired.
  • Garnish with whole mint leaves or chopped nuts if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Best enjoyed within 1-2 days.
