Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Drain and rinse the chickpeas thoroughly under cold water.
  • Pat the chickpeas dry with a kitchen towel.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chickpeas with olive oil and mix well.
  • Add salt, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, black pepper, and chili powder to the bowl. Mix until well coated.
  • Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Roast the chickpeas in the oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  • Remove from the oven when golden brown and crunchy. Allow to cool before serving.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl or airtight container.
