Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until well coated.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the wings in a single layer.
Bake the wings for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
While baking, prepare the glaze by heating honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice in a saucepan.
Check the wings for doneness; they should reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Remove the wings from the oven and drizzle the glaze over them, tossing to coat.
Return the glazed wings to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
Let the wings cool for a few minutes before serving hot.

For variations, consider adding cayenne pepper for spice or using BBQ sauce instead of honey.
