Instructions
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Remove husks and silk from the corn, rinse, and pat dry.
Grill the corn for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until tender and charred.
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
Coat each ear of corn with the elotes sauce.
Sprinkle crumbled cotija cheese over the corn and garnish with cilantro.
Serve warm with lime wedges on the side.
