Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the feta cheese in an oven-safe dish.
Drizzle olive oil over the feta, then sprinkle with fresh herbs.
If using, add halved cherry tomatoes around the feta.
Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until the feta is soft and slightly golden.
Remove from oven, let cool slightly, then mash the feta with a fork.
Serve warm with crackers for dipping.
