  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes Optional, halved for roasting.
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes Optional, for a spicy kick.

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the feta cheese in an oven-safe dish.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the feta, then sprinkle with fresh herbs.
  • If using, add halved cherry tomatoes around the feta.
  • Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until the feta is soft and slightly golden.
  • Remove from oven, let cool slightly, then mash the feta with a fork.
  • Serve warm with crackers for dipping.
