Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, orange juice, and orange zest. Stir well.
  • Bring the mixture to a gentle boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 10-15 minutes until cranberries burst and sauce thickens.
  • Remove from heat and stir in nuts and herbs if using.
  • Place brie on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Spoon cranberry sauce over the brie.
