Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  • Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until onion is translucent.
  • Incorporate mixed vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Pour in chicken broth and add cream of mushroom soup, stir to combine.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Let sit for 5-10 minutes before serving.
