Ingredients

Shrimp

Onion

Fajita Seasoning

Instructions

  • 1. Prepare your ingredients by slicing the bell peppers and onion, and mincing the garlic.
  • 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  • 3. Add sliced onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
  • 4. Add sliced bell peppers and sauté for another 3-4 minutes until tender.
  • 5. Push vegetables to the side, add minced garlic, and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • 6. Stir vegetables and garlic together, then sprinkle fajita seasoning over the mixture.
  • 7. Add shrimp and cook for 3-5 minutes until pink and opaque.
  • 8. Squeeze lime juice over the mixture and stir to combine.
  • 9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 10. Remove from heat and warm tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
  • 11. Serve by placing shrimp and vegetable mixture onto tortillas and garnish with cilantro.
  • 12. Enjoy immediately while warm.
