Instructions

  • Prepare your frozen bananas by peeling, slicing, and freezing them for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Gather fresh mint leaves, rinse them, and remove the stems.
  • Add the frozen banana slices to a blender.
  • Add the fresh mint leaves to the blender.
  • Sprinkle in the cocoa powder.
  • Pour in the maple syrup or honey.
  • Add the almond milk.
  • Blend all ingredients on high speed until creamy and smooth.
  • Add the chocolate chips and pulse a few times to mix.
  • Transfer the nice cream to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 2-3 hours.
  • Let it sit for a few minutes before scooping to serve.
