Instructions

  • Measure 4 teaspoons of matcha powder and sift it into a small bowl.
  • Heat 2 cups of milk in a saucepan over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
  • Pour the hot milk over the sifted matcha powder and whisk until smooth and frothy.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of sweetener and stir until dissolved. Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • Incorporate 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and stir to combine.
