Instructions
Gather all ingredients and prepare them by peeling and segmenting the mandarins and chopping the banana.
Place the mandarin segments into the blender first.
Add the chopped banana to the blender.
Scoop in the Greek yogurt.
If using honey, add it now.
Pour in the milk or orange juice.
Blend on high until smooth, adjusting the liquid if necessary.
Add ice cubes and blend again until the ice is crushed and fully integrated.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
