  • 1 medium Banana Peeled and chopped

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt Plain

Sweetener

Liquid

  • 1 cup Milk or Orange Juice For blending

  • 1 handful Ice Cubes For chilling and texture

Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients and prepare them by peeling and segmenting the mandarins and chopping the banana.
  • Place the mandarin segments into the blender first.
  • Add the chopped banana to the blender.
  • Scoop in the Greek yogurt.
  • If using honey, add it now.
  • Pour in the milk or orange juice.
  • Blend on high until smooth, adjusting the liquid if necessary.
  • Add ice cubes and blend again until the ice is crushed and fully integrated.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
