Ice Cream

  • 1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream For serving.

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Wash, peel, and slice the fresh peaches into thin wedges.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced peaches with granulated sugar and let sit for 10 minutes.
  • In another bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  • Add melted butter to the dry mixture and mix until crumbly.
  • Transfer the peach mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle the crisp topping over the peaches evenly.
  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbling.
  • Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
  • Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
