Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the hazelnuts on a baking sheet and toast for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
Let the hazelnuts cool slightly, then rub them in a kitchen towel to remove excess skins.
Transfer the peeled hazelnuts to a food processor and blend until smooth.
Add cocoa powder and blend until fully incorporated.
Pour in honey or maple syrup, vegetable oil, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness or salt if needed, then blend again.
Transfer to a clean jar and let cool before sealing. Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
