Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine oats and chopped nuts.
In a separate bowl, mix honey and nut butter until well incorporated.
Pour the honey and nut butter mixture over the oats and nuts, mixing until fully coated.
Add chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and salt, folding them into the mixture.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking pan and press down firmly.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until edges are golden brown.
Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then lift out and cool completely on a wire rack.
Cut into bars or squares and store in an airtight container.
