  • ½ cup Chopped nuts Almonds or walnuts for added crunch.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract Enhances overall flavor.
  • 1 pinch Salt Balances sweetness.
  • ½ cup Dried fruits (optional) Cranberries or raisins for added sweetness.

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine oats and chopped nuts.
  • In a separate bowl, mix honey and nut butter until well incorporated.
  • Pour the honey and nut butter mixture over the oats and nuts, mixing until fully coated.
  • Add chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and salt, folding them into the mixture.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking pan and press down firmly.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until edges are golden brown.
  • Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then lift out and cool completely on a wire rack.
  • Cut into bars or squares and store in an airtight container.
