Ingredients

Fruits

  • 2 medium Apples Diced into bite-sized pieces.
  • 2 medium Bananas Sliced.
  • 1 cup Grapes Seedless, halved.
  • 1 cup Strawberries Hulled and sliced.
  • 1 large Orange Peeled and segmented.
  • 1 cup Pineapple Diced.
  • 0.5 cup Blueberries Fresh.
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Optional, for sweetness.
  • a few Mint leaves Optional, for garnish.

Instructions

  • Wash all fruits thoroughly under cold running water.
  • Core and slice the apples into bite-sized pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.
  • Peel and slice the bananas into rounds, then add to the mixing bowl.
  • Halve the grapes and add them to the bowl.
  • Remove the green tops from the strawberries, slice them, and add to the bowl.
  • Peeled and segment the orange, then add to the bowl.
  • Chop the pineapple into bite-sized chunks and mix into the bowl.
  • Add the blueberries whole to the mixing bowl.
  • If desired, drizzle honey over the mixed fruits.
  • Finely chop mint leaves and sprinkle over the salad.
  • Gently toss the fruits together until well mixed.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl or individual cups and serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days.
