Instructions
Wash all fruits thoroughly under cold running water.
Core and slice the apples into bite-sized pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.
Peel and slice the bananas into rounds, then add to the mixing bowl.
Halve the grapes and add them to the bowl.
Remove the green tops from the strawberries, slice them, and add to the bowl.
Peeled and segment the orange, then add to the bowl.
Chop the pineapple into bite-sized chunks and mix into the bowl.
Add the blueberries whole to the mixing bowl.
If desired, drizzle honey over the mixed fruits.
Finely chop mint leaves and sprinkle over the salad.
Gently toss the fruits together until well mixed.
Transfer to a serving bowl or individual cups and serve immediately.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days.
