Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Rinse the kale leaves thoroughly under cold water and dry completely.
  • Remove the tough stems and tear the kale into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the kale pieces with olive oil and massage the oil into the leaves.
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and salt to the bowl. Toss to distribute the seasonings evenly.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the seasoned kale in a single layer.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes, keeping an eye on them to prevent burning.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly on the baking sheet.
  • Transfer the kale chips to a glass mug for serving.
  • Enjoy immediately or store leftovers in an airtight container.
