Ingredients

Juice Ingredients

  • 1 cup Kale, fresh, washed
  • 1 cup Spinach, fresh
  • 1 medium Green Apple, cored and sliced
  • 1 medium Cucumber, sliced Peel if desired
  • 1 juice of Lemon Squeeze directly into the mixture
  • 1 inch Ginger, fresh, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Water or Coconut Water Use coconut water for added sweetness

Instructions

  • Wash the kale and spinach thoroughly under cold running water and pat dry.
  • Core and slice the green apple into quarters.
  • Slice the cucumber into manageable pieces.
  • Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out its juice, removing any seeds.
  • Peel and slice the ginger into smaller pieces.
  • Add the kale, spinach, apple, cucumber, ginger, and lemon juice into the juicer. Pour in the water or coconut water.
  • Turn on the juicer and blend until smooth. Adjust the pulp setting if necessary.
  • Pour the juice into a glass and serve immediately for maximum freshness.

Notes

This juice is best consumed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
