Instructions
Wash the kale and spinach thoroughly under cold running water and pat dry.
Core and slice the green apple into quarters.
Slice the cucumber into manageable pieces.
Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out its juice, removing any seeds.
Peel and slice the ginger into smaller pieces.
Add the kale, spinach, apple, cucumber, ginger, and lemon juice into the juicer. Pour in the water or coconut water.
Turn on the juicer and blend until smooth. Adjust the pulp setting if necessary.
Pour the juice into a glass and serve immediately for maximum freshness.
Notes
This juice is best consumed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
