Thaw 4 cups of frozen cauliflower florets for about 10 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, drizzle 3 tablespoons of olive oil over the thawed cauliflower florets.
Add 1 teaspoon each of garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika, along with 1 teaspoon of salt and 0.5 teaspoon of black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer.
Roast the cauliflower for about 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Finely chop 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley for garnish.
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and let it cool for a minute.
Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
