Instructions

  • Prepare all your ingredients: crab meat, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, lemon juice, green onions, salt, and pepper.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, soften the cream cheese using a hand mixer or fork until smooth.
  • Add sour cream and mayonnaise to the cream cheese and mix until fully combined.
  • Gently fold in the crab meat, being careful not to break it up too much.
  • Stir in garlic powder and lemon juice until well combined.
  • Fold in chopped green onions and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • Serve with fresh vegetables, crackers, or toasted bread.

Notes

Can be made a day in advance for better flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
