Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped nuts, and chai spice blend. Stir well.
In a saucepan, heat coconut oil and honey/maple syrup over low heat until combined.
Pour the warm mixture over the oat mixture and fold until well coated.
Add salt and mix well.
Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Let it cool completely on the baking sheet before mixing in dried fruits.
Transfer to an airtight container for storage.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks. Can be frozen for up to three months.
