Ingredients

Granola Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rolled Oats Base for the granola, provides fiber.
  • 1 cup Chopped Nuts Use almonds or walnuts for crunch.
  • 1/2 cup Honey or Maple Syrup Natural sweetener that binds the mixture.
  • 2 tablespoons Chai Spice Blend Includes cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, and nutmeg.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt Enhances sweetness and flavors.
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil Melted, adds healthy fat and crispness.
  • 1 cup Dried Fruits (optional) Such as raisins or cranberries for added sweetness.

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped nuts, and chai spice blend. Stir well.
  • In a saucepan, heat coconut oil and honey/maple syrup over low heat until combined.
  • Pour the warm mixture over the oat mixture and fold until well coated.
  • Add salt and mix well.
  • Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  • Let it cool completely on the baking sheet before mixing in dried fruits.
  • Transfer to an airtight container for storage.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks. Can be frozen for up to three months.
