Ingredients

Fresh Berries

  • 4 cups Mixed Fresh Berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries) Ripe and sweet for best flavor.

Sugar

  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar Adjust based on berry tartness.

Crisp Topping

  • 1/3 cup All-Purpose Flour For binding the topping.
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats Adds texture to the topping.
  • 1/3 cup Brown Sugar For a caramelized crunch.
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter Melted for the topping.
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon For added warmth and flavor.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt Balances sweetness.

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Rinse and dry the berries, then mix with sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  • Let the berry mixture sit for 10 minutes to draw out juices.
  • In another bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, and salt.
  • Mix in melted butter until crumbly.
  • Transfer berries to a greased baking dish and top with the crisp mixture.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until topping is golden and juices are bubbling.
  • Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
  • Serve warm, optionally with ice cream or whipped cream.
