Cauliflower

  • 1 head Cauliflower, cut into florets Approximately one head of cauliflower.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For tossing the cauliflower.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder For seasoning.
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika For a hint of smokiness.
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt To taste.
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly ground.
  • 1 handful Fresh Parsley, chopped For garnish.

Instructions

  • Prepare the cauliflower by removing leaves and stem, then cut into evenly sized florets (1 to 1.5 inches).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cauliflower florets with olive oil and toss until evenly coated.
  • Add garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Toss again until all florets are well-coated.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Place the seasoned cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Set the air fryer timer for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Once cooked, remove the basket and transfer the cauliflower to a serving dish.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.
