Instructions
Prepare the cauliflower by removing leaves and stem, then cut into evenly sized florets (1 to 1.5 inches).
In a large mixing bowl, combine cauliflower florets with olive oil and toss until evenly coated.
Add garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Toss again until all florets are well-coated.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Place the seasoned cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Set the air fryer timer for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Once cooked, remove the basket and transfer the cauliflower to a serving dish.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.
