Instructions

  • 1. Begin by selecting your potatoes. Rinse each potato under cold water, scrubbing gently with a brush to remove any dirt. Pat them dry.

  • 3. Pierce each potato several times with a fork to allow steam to escape during cooking.
  • 4. Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil and rub it evenly over the surfaces.
  • 5. Sprinkle the potatoes generously with salt and pepper.
  • 6. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  • 7. Set the timer for 35-40 minutes, checking for doneness by inserting a fork or knife.
  • 8. If not fully cooked, continue to air fry in 5-minute increments until tender.
  • 9. Once cooked, remove the potatoes and allow them to cool for a few minutes.
