Instructions
1. Begin by selecting your potatoes. Rinse each potato under cold water, scrubbing gently with a brush to remove any dirt. Pat them dry.
2. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
3. Pierce each potato several times with a fork to allow steam to escape during cooking.
4. Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil and rub it evenly over the surfaces.

6. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
7. Set the timer for 35-40 minutes, checking for doneness by inserting a fork or knife.
