Ingredients

Crust Ingredients

  • 1 cup Crushed Graham Crackers
  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Melted Unsalted Butter

Cheesecake Filling

  • 16 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and granulated sugar. Mix well.
  • Pour in melted unsalted butter and stir until the mixture resembles wet sand.
  • Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of muffin tin lined with paper liners.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla bean paste, mixing until fluffy.
  • In a separate bowl, whip heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Spoon cheesecake filling into each prepared crust and smooth the surface.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Remove from refrigerator and peel away paper liners.
  • Top with fresh berries, chocolate shavings, or caramel sauce.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!
