Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients: heavy cream, granulated sugar, vanilla bean paste, and salt.
  • Chill your mixing bowl and beaters in the refrigerator or freezer for about 10-15 minutes.
  • Pour 1 cup of heavy cream into the cold mixing bowl.
  • Add 2-4 tablespoons of granulated sugar to the cream.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla bean paste.
  • Sprinkle a pinch of salt into the bowl.
