Instructions
Gather your ingredients: heavy cream, granulated sugar, vanilla bean paste, and salt.
Chill your mixing bowl and beaters in the refrigerator or freezer for about 10-15 minutes.
Pour 1 cup of heavy cream into the cold mixing bowl.
Add 2-4 tablespoons of granulated sugar to the cream.
Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla bean paste.
Sprinkle a pinch of salt into the bowl.
Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, whisk the mixture on low speed to combine, then gradually increase to medium-high speed.
