Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Whisk until well blended.
In another bowl, beat the eggs until frothy. Add the pumpkin puree and vegetable oil, mixing well.
Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just blended.
Pour in the water and stir gently to achieve a smooth batter.
Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan with vegetable oil or use parchment paper.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Once cooled, slice and enjoy!
