Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and lay flat on a clean towel.
In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, minced garlic, chopped basil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Take one lasagna noodle, place a generous amount of filling at one end, and roll it tightly. Place seam-side down in a baking dish.
Pour half of the marinara sauce at the bottom of the baking dish. Arrange the roll-ups snugly and cover with remaining marinara sauce.
Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top. Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving. Garnish with additional basil if desired.
