Instructions

  • 1. Prepare the Cucumbers: Wash the cucumber thoroughly, pat dry, cut off the ends, and slice thinly.
  • 2. Make the Cream Cheese Spread: In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese with chopped herbs, salt, and pepper.
  • 3. Assemble the Sandwiches: Spread the cream cheese mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
  • 4. Layer the Cucumbers: Place cucumber slices on half of the bread slices and sprinkle with salt.
  • 5. Close the Sandwiches: Top with another slice of bread, cream cheese side down, and press gently.

Notes
