  • 1 tablespoon onion powder Adds sweetness.

  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary Adds fragrant aroma.
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth Keeps the turkey moist.

Instructions

  • 1. Rinse the turkey breast under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  • 2. In a small bowl, combine salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and rosemary. Rub olive oil over the turkey and sprinkle the seasoning mixture on all sides.
  • 3. Place the seasoned turkey breast in the Crockpot, breast side up. Pour chicken broth around the turkey.
  • 4. Drizzle lemon juice over the turkey.
  • 5. Cover and cook on low heat for 6 to 8 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • 6. Remove the turkey from the Crockpot and let it rest for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
  • 7. Slice the turkey against the grain and serve with cooking juices and garnish.
