Spiced Butter Ingredients

Softened to room temperature.

Adjust to taste.
Instructions
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add oil until shimmering.
Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes without moving.
In a bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, herbs, spices, and lemon juice until smooth.
Flip the salmon and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
Add spiced butter to the skillet and let it melt over the salmon.
Transfer salmon to a plate, drizzle with remaining butter, and garnish with herbs.
Serve immediately while hot.
Notes
For variations, try different citrus juices or add a pinch of cayenne for heat.
